Jason Arceneaux
President of Arc Energy
As President and Founder of ARC Energy, Jason leads the company’s strategic vision and continued growth. With more than 25 years of energy industry experience, his entrepreneurial leadership has transformed ARC from an equipment company into a global organization offering integrated engineering, fabrication, and service solutions. Jason remains focused on strengthening partnerships, driving innovation, and positioning ARC and its people for long-term success.
Mikey Mahoney
Vice President Business Development
With experience spanning the upstream, midstream, and downstream energy sectors, Mikey brings a broad industry perspective to ARC’s strategic growth. During his 11 years with ARC, he has built global partnerships, expanded market share, and developed a high-performing sales team aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and core values. His leadership is grounded in the belief that exceptional customer experiences begin with exceptional people.
Eric Kaufman
Vice President Business Operations
Since joining ARC Energy in 2012, Eric has played a key leadership role in advancing the company’s Equipment Division. He leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for new, reconditioned, and rental production equipment, as well as strategic inventory acquisition. His deep understanding of ARC’s capabilities and customer needs enables his team to deliver fast, competitive, and reliable solutions while supporting the company’s mission, vision, and continued growth.
Tom Gardner
Chief Executive Officer
Tom joined ARC Energy in 2019, bringing more than 20 years of technical and executive leadership experience in the energy industry. His background spans engineering, operations, and business development across both publicly traded and privately held companies, including CEO and COO roles. At ARC, Tom combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise to strengthen operations and support sustainable growth. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering, as well as an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Zie Thomas
Director of Administration
Zie is an intentional, collaborative leader with more than 20 years of experience in administration, asset management, risk management, and the oil and gas industry. Since joining ARC Energy in 2018, he has taken on increasing leadership responsibility and now oversees Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Insurance, Information Technology, and Equipment Inventory. With 14 years of experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker and Certified Risk Manager, Zie brings a strong risk-management perspective to his role as Director of Administration, with a focus on improving processes, developing strong teams, and supporting a positive work environment.
Randy Morse
Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Randy oversees ARC Energy’s manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and field service functions. With 46 years of industry experience, his career has progressed from ASME code welder to executive leadership roles, including COO and Regional Vice President. This combination of hands-on technical expertise and operational leadership enables him to strengthen performance, drive manufacturing excellence, and support ARC’s continued growth.
Matthew Cunningham
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Matthew provides executive leadership across ARC’s manufacturing, engineering, rotating equipment, field service, and operational functions. With more than 25 years of midstream experience, he translates strategy into disciplined execution and safe, reliable solutions for customers. His team-first leadership style is focused on developing people, improving performance, and strengthening ARC’s operational capabilities. Matthew holds a BS in Welding Engineering from LeTourneau University.
